OUR RETURN POLICY

If, for any reason, you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy designed to provide you with a hassle-free experience. Please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges.
EXCHANGES
Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect it for any issues. If the item is defective, damaged, or differs from your expectations, please notify us immediately. Rest assured that we will promptly assess the problem and work to resolve it.
RETURNS
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. You can initiate a return within 35 days of the purchase date as indicated on your invoice/receipt if you were not satisfied with the product.
To receive a full refund to your original payment method, a $10 return shipping fee will be applicable.

Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable. Sale items are eligible for a refund based on the reduced price displayed at the time of purchase.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return label and detailed instructions. Please refrain from returning items without obtaining prior approval via support@vizoselfcare.com
REFUNDS
We aim to refund you within 10 business days of the product being returned, however, these times may be impacted during high volume periods.
All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. We cannot process your refund to an alternative card. A refund will be issued following the inspection and approval of the returned product(s). You will receive a confirmation email once the return processing is complete.
Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved, kindly contact us at support@vizoselfcare.com
